Why Is This Whistleblower Entitled to Justice But Not Me?

Throughout this project, you will repeatedly see me demonstrate fear of retaliation and document instances of systemic, statewide government retaliation for reporting abuse of citizens and fraud within DHS programs—against participants, participants' families, committed patients, and DHS employees.

Everyone who goes against the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) is brutally retaliated against. That is half the reason the organized crime and systematic racketeering that characterize Minnesota's governance process are not reported or spoken of publicly.

Victim Trafficked
As A Result of DHS Fraud.

Due to the ongoing fraud in the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and subsequent (national) "Blackball" for being an earlier reporter of it —triggering the above federal HUD agencies to commit fraud in protection of DHS, the victim has (always) been forced into high-crime and sex offender locations. Currently the proxy landlord (Property Manager) has been abusively trafficking, sexually harassing and refusing repairs. Per usual, the state is unresponsive. The whistleblower and conditions are being hidden from the public based solely on "race." Here is the evidence and testimony.
