Victim Trafficked
As A Result of DHS Fraud.

Due to the ongoing fraud in the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and subsequent (national) "Blackball" for being an earlier reporter of it —triggering the above federal HUD agencies to commit fraud in protection of DHS, the victim has (always) been forced into high-crime and sex offender locations. Currently the proxy landlord (Property Manager) has been abusively trafficking, sexually harassing and refusing repairs. Per usual, the state is unresponsive.
